Our online screening will determine if you're eligible for a consult with a prescribing doctor. Eligibility for a prescription is determined by a qualified healthcare professional after a thorough assessment of your medical history, current symptoms, and treatment needs. Conditions which may be eligible for treatment include issues with sleep, anxiety, stress, and pain.

Most Altuva telehealth clinic consults happen within 2 business days of completing your online screening. If you're eligible and your doctor issues a script, you’ll get it straight after your telehealth consultation as an electronic prescription (eScript). You can choose free express delivery from our partner pharmacy, or opt for same-day pickup if it’s available where you are.

No, a referral is not required. Our doctors are practising GPs with extensive experience. In certain cases, you may be be required to provide a health summary from your GP if requested.

Yes, a valid Medicare card is currently required to access our services. We use electronic prescribing (ePrescriptions) for convenience and security.

We work with a trusted partner pharmacy to ensure your prescriptions are filled quickly and easily. You can choose free express delivery with StarTrak, or pick up your medication in person.
